Wall Street Analytics Launches New Service Bureau Product
Wall Street Analytics, Inc., a creator of specialized software tools for the structured finance market today announced the launch of a new service bureau product to enhance its clients' bond administration, investor reporting and structuring capabilities for a wide variety of structured debt programs.
The new division, to be known as WSA Service Bureau, will utilize the Company's software products to assist a wide variety of industry participants globally, working with ABS, RMBS, CMBS and CDO structures.
Issuers will now be able to augment their current arrangements for bond administration and deal surveillance. Most issuers currently rely on in-house technology and their trustee bank to track their programs. By leveraging Wall Street Analytics software engines, WSA Service Bureau provides clients with a much improved methodology for tracking deal performance. For example, with WSA's leading analytics platforms and experienced personnel, an issuer will not only be able to better handle monthly payment activity but they would also have the flexibility to have WSA Service Bureau run periodic cash flow projections based on historical collateral trends in order to provide bond and residual valuations.
The group will also offer their services to bankers and institutional investors faced with analyzing complex structures and portfolios for both new and secondary market transactions.
Thomas Geraghty and Alan Srebro have recently agreed to rejoin Wall Street Analytics to head up this major enhancement to the company's core business.
Mark Ferraris, President and CEO of Wall Street Analytics, Incorporated said "We are very excited about bringing Tom and Alan back into the WSA fold to spearhead this project. We cannot think of two more qualified individuals to lead this significant initiative."
Ferraris added, "We have been listening to our clients and the industry at large and the many challenges that they are facing in attempting to keep up with completing sound structures, making accurate payments and creating accurate reporting for investors. Tom and Alan bring nearly 20 years experience to this very timely endeavour."
Tom Geraghty said, "WSA has more than 15 years of experience working with issuers, bankers, trustees and investors. We understand, possibly better than anyone, the challenges associated with modelling their structures and ensuring the accuracy of cash flow projections and reporting. This service will allow our clients to leverage all of WSA's knowledge and experience."
Alan Srebro said "We expect to work side-by-side with our clients in modelling new financings, tying out cash flows and updating pool and loan level data to validate the accuracy of both bond payments and investor reporting".
Srebro added "We will offer clients both full-service and supplemental service solutions. Clients who license our software will have the option of relying on the WSA Service Bureau for all of their administrative needs or of utilizing WSA as a supplement to their existing organizations. Either way we intend to greatly reduce the stress that many clients feel in performing these activities."
